I have supervised and trained 10+ undergraduate research assistants in the CHARM Lab on data collection, coding, and analysis. My mentees include Calista Schmidt, recipient of the Steven H. Chaffee Undergraduate Award for Excellence in Research (UCSB Department of Communication, 2025), and high-school researchers Vera Lew (paper submitted to ICA 2026) and Yitong Huang.
